The MOS event venue seats 300 and the program will sell out. If you're interested in attending, please purchase your tickets right away. Tickets go on sale to the public today - Thursday Sept. 13th at 9am.
The program will begin at 6:45pm on Nov. 7th, 2012 and includes the world premiere of the film, about the creation of the world's largest tesla coil permanently installed in New Zealand, followed by a conversation with notorious high-voltage engineer Greg Leyh of San Francisco, Daniel Davis, resident MOS high-voltage physicist, and filmmaker Alberta Chu. This will be followed by a not-to-be-missed party (cash bar) in the MOS Theater of Electricity featuring fun demos and experiments with electricity courtesy of our mad scientists. Some lucky audience members will even have the chance to put Maxwell's Law to the ultimate test and go inside a Faraday cage under high-voltage conditions. Sign me up!
The film was shot on location in San Francisco and New Zealand, Edited by Sabrina Zanella-Foresi, Musical Score by P. Andrew Willis, Posted at Modulus with Eric Masunaga, and Evan Schwenterly and Frank McDonnell on picture and Damon Addleman on Audio.
Hope to see you there!
